When I was a kid, my dad sold Kirby cleaners. A long time ago! Now I have 4 because people donated old models to my family. The cleaners are wonderful and last a long time, but unfortunately the nozzles wear out after a while. I've only had this hose for a few weeks but it seems to be well made and just what I needed. It's very soft and flexible, which is good when you're trying to reach or move around the room. I didn't give him 5 stars because he hadn't cleaned the room himself yet! 😁
