Finally found a tool that does what I wanted. My hair looks great. I looked at the beach wave and it was 125.00. I thought I would try this tool and WOW! THAT IS AMAZING. THIS IS EASY TO USE. Just take it and try it. Seriously, it's that simple. Watch a YouTube video for a little tutorial. if you need it Hair does not pull at all and does not pull. Love it.

I love the ORIGINAL version of this curling iron! I've been using it on my medium length hair for over five years and now on my waist length hair. It has two settings: Low 350 and High 410. This new setting is PERMANENTLY set at 410°! It's too hot for natural hair. You should never use anything over 350° unless you're concerned about damaging your hair. There's no way to lower the temperature on this new model, so it's coming back. I didn't even turn it on.

I have a Kiss Instawave 1 inch curling iron and it's a great tool. I bought this version because I wanted a bigger barrel, but unfortunately it has nothing to do with the 1" build. Doesn't beep when it's time to loosen the curl (non-critical), pulls the hair out, because they get stuck in the upper part of the fuselage, and the cord is constantly coiled/tangled. It's really not worth it, even if it's cheaper than the 1" version. Skip it and just get a 1 inch Instawave. (Black and white)

I returned it because it didn't do much to hold my hair and didn't curl for me. I've read the instructions and watched the videos and it still didn't work on my hair. Although I have very thin hair, maybe that's why. I am not sure. It was a great product, it just didn't work for me.

Bought for 2 daughters for Christmas. I got a flat iron instead of a curling iron, which was probably a good thing. took forever! She said the little curls she got didn't hold even with a ton of hairspray. In the end, my daughter explained that she would continue to use a regular flat iron to curl her hair as it's much faster and works 10x better. Mom - 0 Christmas Misfortune - x2
