Nice to use this. You can place it over the sink and pour food into it. It's good that it doesn't settle on the bottom of the washbasin. This will prevent your food from spilling.

Like it but noticed rust on the screws after a few months. I ordered this because reviews from cheaper brands said the kitchen help was better done.

Great item but holds water after washing. It needs to air dry for a full day before removing, otherwise interior cabinets will be damaged. Ideal for soapstone countertops. No scratch. Durable and useful.

This is a very durable strainer - love that it stretches and can work over any sink so you can keep your hands free and not contaminate drained water, what you strain. Much better than plastic foldable ones that only have drainage holes at the bottom. If you need a retractable strainer over your sink then this is for you!

The name says it all...very well made, works great. Some products leave a residue that sticks to the fine mesh. This can be improved by using a larger screen for cleaning. I had trouble finding storage space as it is quite large and although the sliders on the side work very well for adjusting over the sink even when closed it is large.

Sturdy, good sized colander that fits in the sink or can be hung over the sink with extendable handles. It works well with all types of pasta, grains, and dried beans. Haven't tried it with rice yet, but it should work just as well. Love the large size and shape that allows you to drain a pot of pasta at once or rinse an entire bag of dried beans, saving time in the kitchen.
