Angel Hair Zoodles, Spoodles, OMG

I have had a Kitchen Aid Spiralizer for a number of years, primarily to make various shapes of veggie noodles for low carb meals and to add veggies to my plate. I REALLY wanted the thinnest noodles but was disappointed they weren't included in the original set. Hence the 4 stars. I haven't tried a flat pasta blade, but a regular blade works great. Potatoes are difficult, but worth it. Make sure the potato is fully inserted into the rack holder. Try frying them for a tasty treat.

  • Beautiful Design

Great item for blender parts and accessories

Great item for even smaller vegetable noodles. I used it for zucchini noodles last night. It worked quickly. I have loved the spiralizer since my wife and I stopped eating grain. As far as I know, this is the best nozzle for kitchen utensils. It's faster, easier to maintain, and more convenient to use than my manual spiralizer. I'll save the instructions for larger diameter veggies like onions, cabbage, and peppers. Too bad these blades don't come in a spiralizer-style box, but I cut open the…

This is what you need for Zoodles!

The best of the smallest spiralizer kits that come with the spiralizer unit that connects to your KitchenAid mixer. This specially sized attachment blade works well for zucchini noodles, or zoodles as they are known. These are the smallest pasta you can get with a KitchenAid spiralizer. 1 is a spiral cutter and the other is a thin slicer for making pasta or chives. The slicer attachment is ideal for drying vegetables. It cuts the apples into wide rings, so you only have to fold them in one cut…

Works great but understand the limitations.

I love them for softer veggies like zucchini noodles, in which case they work great. However, if you are using harder/firmer veggies, such as B. regular casserole potatoes (I wanted spread potatoes), sometimes the blender pin rubs too hard and it spins and stops working, and about 3/4 inch potato per piece the rotating end is destroyed/no longer provides enough support to blend the potatoes turn. This could be solved if the tine were stronger/longer, but that would come at the cost of less…

I really thought I would like it. I bought a KitchenAid spiralizer.

I really thought I would like it. I purchased the KitchenAid Spiralizer Head on October 4th, 2015 but have only been using it since I retired a few months ago. . These nozzles are fine. I wanted one that made a very thin spiral. It works well as long as you have the right veggies to use it with. All attachments do not work on zucchini or yellow zucchini. I even used sweet potatoes because I figured it should work better with harder veggies. If the veg is attached to the car and it's too soft…
