I bought three cubes and my kitties love them instantly. They came flat and were held in place with a rubber band. If the tape is removed and the cube is rotated, it will open. Each also comes with a Velcro bag so you can assemble them. The cubes themselves are very light and do not fit tightly together when using velcro.
