Union Plumbers here, found a couple of these on site and when the first jobs came up I used them and these pliers are top notch I would use them to tighten our risers to fix binding wire with it and it's easy. If you understand bars, then these pliers are for you. This is the smaller size which works better for me and most of my colleagues for tying rebar. Great price, so good that two of my colleagues asked me to order the same for them. If you build scaffolding and use 9wire, I suggest larger size.
