They are beautiful! I was a little apprehensive when I first saw them in the packaging because they looked a bit plastic and cheap. but once I hung them on the tree they reflected beautifully in the light and looked very stylish with the rest of the decor! I had to buy 4 to cover our 8ft tree.

This is a hard plastic and I should note that it is gold beads and transparent opal beads twisted into a chain. It appears to be connected by something at the end, so be careful when assembling it. I ended up buying 2 packs for my 7ft tree. Overall it's good value for money and looks lovely with the sun's rays filtering through the window.
