🔊 Klipsch WA-2 Wireless Subwoofer Kit: Effortless Installation for Exceptional Bass Review

I tried a Klipsch r-115sw and the part itself worked great. The question is power. With a hard connection I got at least 40% more bass in comparison. If you need wireless, go for it, but be prepared that you won't be able to use the full power of your subwoofer.

Product was easy to install. I bought two of these and they work perfectly. The sound quality is excellent, I didn't notice any difference between a wired and wireless connection. I hooked them up to two 15" Klipsch subs. I don't know how they work with other brands but they work great with my Klipsch subs.

Used with a very high quality Klipsch subwoofer. Range was inadequate - didn't work 40 feet through a thin interior wall. In addition, a loud periodic crackle and low hum will be emitted at any distance, regardless of whether the source is connected to the transmitter or not. i give it back Replaced it with a BIC unit that works great.

Don't waste your money on this item. I bought this item together with the Klipsch R 120SW. The subwoofer kept panting. Klipsch sent me a new amplifier to replace the one in the subwoofer. After replacing the amplifier, the subwoofer still crackled. I stuck it in tight and the popping was gone. Buy a sea bass radio transmitter, works better.

I am appalled that a company like Klipsh would sell such an unreliable product that cannot match the quality and performance of their other products. When the subwoofer is hardwired it sounds great and makes no noise in the auto/on/off positions. When using WA2, this thing keeps making weird noises. Klipsh also does not provide support for this item.

Unfortunately, whoever wrote the Revain product description, like myself and probably many others, was unaware that WA is a very specific audio jack; Therefore the article is called WA-2. The description does not mention the very important fact that the WA-2 can only be used with subwoofers that have a WA input jack. Burp elsewhere. It's the perfect word to describe what goes on in a household with a 2.4GHz router. dual-band, etc. These devices operate at 2.4 GHz. The receiver picks up something in the 2.4GHz band and lets the subwoofer "burp". I've tried changing the settings, frequency for 2.4GHz to 40 etc. I thought these things only used basic 2.4GHz technology so they got stuck at 20, no. This was a very simple plug and play app. I connected the transmitter to my receiver's subwoofer and connected the signal receiver to the back of the subwoofer. I've seen reviews complaining about the subwoofer hum. I upgraded my RCA cables and there was still some hum. I moved the transmitter a little further away from the home theater receiver and the buzzing went away and hasn't happened since.
