This item arrived and I thought the container was defective. I ordered a replacement and he did the same! I pumped and pumped and nothing came out! I searched for questions here to find the answer that I had to lift the bottom to let the air out and the product to come out! So frustrating! Why not include instructions on how to remove the product from the container? I love the product now that I can get it out of the container! LAUGH OUT LOUD!

I just cut 14 inches of hair and didn't know anything about using the product. I tried what the Aveda stylist gave me and I really didn't like it. Strangely I found a small second hand sample of this product and was very pleased with how it transformed my hair. The hold is strong but not greasy or sticky. If I lose some volume throughout the day, all I have to do is squeeze it a few times and it's back to how it was in the morning. I definitely bought a full bottle and am very happy with it.

I have been using KMS molding paste for years and have never had a problem. When I apply this product to my hair, there are a lot of hard white microbeads. I have dark hair so it really stands out. I can't even use this bottle. Tried several uses but microgranules come out every time. The worst thing is that I can't return it or exchange it for a new one, Amazon doesn't give me that option.

I've tried over a dozen different hair gels, creams and pastes. All were either too strong or too light.
