Excellent anti-theft device

Works great. Although I wish they would make the same lock for my hitch and trailer pin! As with all locks, this just keeps your common criminal at bay, but I doubt the cast of Ocean's Eleven are interested in my lead.

Reliable rear hitch.

Heavy duty secure rear hitch, you can lock it with the keys provided or simply with a knife pin when security is not required. Looks very durable and will last longer as you drive your truck. I would recommend it to a friend and family.

The thing is solid.

Try this on two rides in a row now. FL to North Carolina, then FL to GA. He held my Rola hitch which weighs about 80lbs and then another 100-150lbs. There weren't any problems at all. I didn't need a hitch with this pen. I had no rocking or bouncing. The thing is solid. Would buy again but don't know if I ever will.

If you want to use one key for multiple locks.

I have been using them for almost 4 months and am very happy with these locks. I liked them so much that I immediately bought a second set. I wanted to be able to use 1 key for the hitch, the hitch extender and the bike rack. That fully corresponds to my wishes. The adjustability of the rubber ring gauges along with the code pin ensures a snug fit. The locking mechanism looks tight and secure.

Good product: Hitch locks

Somehow my previous locking pin and hitch disappeared and a complete replacement of the hitch and pin was required. I have a feeling this one won't go away like the previous one. I've read reviews of other products like this one about the locking pin loosening and popping out and the hitch popping out. Lock pin broken. - Lucky to be alive

It was a complete failure. I was so fortunate that I didn't have a horrible outcome or death. After driving the trailer for 4 hours, I reached into my storage compartment to unhook it. As I descend the steps, I bend down to pick the lock. To my surprise, the locking pin on the side of the key wasn't there. I look to the other side and see that the locking pin is still there. Excellent heavy duty locking pin.

I work on Ford Super Duty Trucks with female hitch receivers that require a 3" pin. Theft protection and boat performance are important to me and I struggled to find the right quality towbar to suit our needs. I finally found the right pin in a 5/8" Kohree Locking Pin.
