User friendly tool for parsing data of different formats

The easy to use API, which allows me as an non-native speaker access to complex tools like NLTK or Stanford Parser without having much previous knowledge about these topics! I'm currently working with this software in order do build some applications using NER/POS tagging techniques but also other tasks such us sentiment analysis etc... But what i really love is that it's open source so you can even contribute if there are features missing from its current version. So far everything worksโ€ฆ

Pros
  • Easy installation process (using pip) + documentation available for every step.
  • Ease usage by beginners+ good community behind project = great help & feedback possible via eMail directly into github page.etc!!
Cons
  • Memory consumption while processing big data sets

KoNLPy is a great tool for sentiment analysis and other text analysis tasks

I'm a beginner in Artificial Intelligence or Data Science as well as Python. The training process was easy with the provided data sets and tutorials, but since it's an AI project we were hoping to also use some 3rd party libraries such as NLTK for sentiment analysis tasks which didn't come pre-installed into KoNLPY. So there might be other features not covered by koNLPY too that are used in some projects so don't feel limited by this. But if you're building something simple like this websiteโ€ฆ

  • Difficulties handling complex Sentence structure.
  • Some phrases/sentences do make parsing difficult
