Received item is not as pictured

I ordered ten pieces for a beautiful artwork of a whale in the ocean in the shape of an anatomically correct heart. Gifts for my fellow marine mammals who would be delighted to receive them. Unfortunately, due to the coloration of all ten items I received, the whale is difficult to spot. The image provided on the website clearly shows the whale. The item I received does not match the picture.
