🥐 KoolMore Bakery Display for Commercial Countertops Review

I ordered this and my restaurant only opened yesterday (due to Covid). I wanted to open the door for her and she broke my hands. First use. And of course I can't return it because the return period ended on June 29th.

I ordered two products for different locations and both arrived broken. Return processed quickly. The first day we used them, the hinges came loose. Extremely dissatisfied with this product. Would put zero if I could.

Great product for displaying pastries on the counter. After three months of daily use, the screw broke. After consultation with the manufacturer, a new part was sent promptly. Very impressed with customer service and product.

Although the package came in three boxes one inside the other, it must be said that it was poorly packaged. The glass was cracked, the metal part of the glass was covered in scratches. I am not satisfied with this product and would not recommend it to others.

We've worked very hard to make it work. Bought once from Wayfair. Arrived completely broken. Second try with Revane. Just a broken plate this time. Fascination for the third time? All arrived. Looks nice. Then bam, the tray literally broke in our hands while we were wiping it down (filmed on video). Needless to say. A piece of junk and $300 down the drain.

1. Arrived very late2. The packaging wasn't very good. Replacement parts come with stretch marks. I ordered for my coffee shop and arrived late and got stretch marks and it ruined my plan. I've also noticed that it has a door in the back and nothing is closed in the front meaning I have to open the door, but my pastries aren't protected from dust and shoppers see no reason to buy this product

One of the pins holding the display door in place is broken. Although we bought the product on May 20th, we have only been using the display case for a month. We actually only open/close the door once a day as food samples are only there for customers to see daily and replace with fresh samples. I was hoping to contact the manufacturer to see if they can help but couldn't find an option to do so on Revain. **Follow up: I contacted the seller directly (google searched for it) and he immediately…
