Wow, that's great! I can use my favorite running shoes and these cleats stay in place and won't loosen or rotate. Great sense of security when running on roads/bike paths covered with ice/snow and wooden decks! Installed on my Nike Zoom Alphafly shoes in size 7.5M/9W.
