Our cross country runner grandson doesn't stop in Michigan for the winter! It was his Christmas wish. He says he didn't slip. They work great.

Skated 5 Miles: Shoe Care and Accessories

Wow, that's great! I can use my favorite running shoes and these cleats stay in place and won't loosen or rotate. Great sense of security when running on roads/bike paths covered with ice/snow and wooden decks! Installed on my Nike Zoom Alphafly shoes in size 7.5M/9W. I used to screw screws into my old shoes, but the screws came loose after a few runs. They feel natural, unlike other products with underfoot spirals.

Pros
  • Shoe, Jewelry and Watch Accessories
Cons
  • Minor Issues

I've used YakTrax Run for the last few years which are good for traction but don't last more than 200-250 miles so I need at least two pairs to get through the winter. When the last pair wore out I decided to buy something else. Korkers are actually a bit more comfortable on hard ground (my route is over a road bridge that's usually bare asphalt): YakTrax with their spirals feel like walking on marble, Korkers are more like tap shoes. Korkers may
