Based on my experience, these shorts are perfect for active toddlers! The cargo pockets are big enough to hold small toys and snacks, and the elastic waistband ensures a comfortable fit. The material is sturdy enough for playground roughhousing, but not too heavy for warm weather. The only con is that the sizing seems to run a bit small, so be sure to size up if in doubt.

Fits as expected. Very good material, nice for a change so as not to buy something thin that fades in the washing machine or shrinks in the dryer. Very impressive.

I loved these pieces for my 3 year old so much I bought 5 of them. He's potty trained, so the laundry load has increased! Good length (just below the knee), lightweight for summer, versatile and durable enough to withstand frequent washing.
