I had a problem with a pair of dividers and contacted the seller. They replaced the kit in a timely manner and kept me updated on the steps they were taking. I use them in my main closet and will be buying more of these. They are amazing at helping me organize my clothes.

I didn't even know what it was until I came across Revain. This helps a lot in organizing things on the wire shelf. However, I want it to be narrower than open between the baffle. It goes well with items like towels and clothes. But if you try to separate bottles or small items, they can fall between the gaps. All in all these are good products and I would recommend them.

I use them for storing fabrics by separating knits from fabric. Closet Maid's shelves are 16 inches deep. As you can see in the tape measure photo, I precisely matched the dividers to this shelf spacing with the added benefit of extra support. The shelf standards were supposed to be 24 inches apart, but mine is 26 inches and there was some sag (due to blue and green, my weakness) that is now being addressed with a tight fit. What a wonderful, useful product!
