Sharp Blades: Power Tool Parts and Accessories

The blades are very sharp and I had no problem making 10 foot passes with plunge and tenon cutters through 3/4 inch jaws. It was a little trick. Adjusting the gap on the cleat but with the extra shims they provided it fitted well and the groove fitted great. Just took some samples.

Great product and top notch customer support!

I wanted to tell anyone who is looking for these particular cutters about my experience with them and the company that makes them. I used these bits to convert 160 square feet of cedar planks into a stunning ceiling for my wife's she shed. On one of my runs, the tongue caught in a knot that bent the shaft. I contacted Kowood, the company that makes them, and asked if a replacement shaft was available as the bits worked great! Their support team responded quickly and sent me a 100% replacement…

Don't buy these bits because you can get a bad set and ruin the bits and your router.

The packaging looks high quality, but it isn't. When I first started the cutter, it bent and my cutter shaft unloaded at a rated speed of 16,000 rpm. I pushed it all the way into the collet and tightened it, set the depth with the setting on the bottom of the router, set the speed to just under 16,000 rpm, ran it to make sure it didn't explode, and it immediately bent down and bent the shaft on my router. Now my bit is outdated and my router is messed up. Not happy at all. My router is not…
