Description of 🔮 Purify and Tone with Kristin Ess Purple Shampoo Conditioner

“I wanted to create a purple shampoo that is great for toning blondes + brunettes and is also sulfate-free.I’ve always had a hard time finding that combo. If you like ashy tones or even pastel lavender tones, you can use this every time you shampoo. If you like neutral tones, use it only when needed to cut brass. Use this with or without The One Purple Conditioner on natural or color-treated hair.” - Kristin Ess. “For those who are prone to unwanted brassiness, take at-home toning one step further with purple conditioner. I created this with moisture and tone in mind. Most people who experience brassiness have had bleach or color applied to their hair so moisture and shine are a top priority. This can be used with or without The One Purple Shampoo.” - Kristin Ess. Cleanse + Condition: A clean, well-conditioned canvas is essential. These universal, sulfate-free products cleanse + deeply condition to leave hair feeling moisturized, full and looking shiny from root to tip. Brass Reducing, Shine Renewing, Moisturizing + Smoothing, Safe for daily use, Sulfate-free, Ultra-violet pigment, Intense Toning, Shine Restoring. How To: Depending on the thickness of your hair, apply a quarter size or more of shampoo into your palm. Apply to wet hair, massage into your scalp to create a rich lather. With purple shampoo you want to make sure you apply more product where you see more brass. Let it sit a little bit longer toward the root where hair tends to be less porous and more warm. Then let it run through the ends as you shampoo. Rinse well and follow with conditioner or a hydrating mask.

Cheap product suitable for shampoo and conditioner

My sister uses it so I decided to try it. The smell is just amazing, I couldn't help but try it. However, this is so. hands down Worst product I have ever used on my hair. The hair became stiff, tangled and impossible to comb. I'm blonde and my hair is fine. There is no substance in this shampoo and the conditioner does nothing at all. As for the coloring, the product barely touched my hair. I left it on for about 5-7 minutes for the shade and didn't notice the heat was gone at all. The shampoo

Pros
  • Wide range
Cons
  • Definitely bad product

The best I've ever used! in Shampoo and Conditioner

I wish I could take a before and after photo to show how amazing this shampoo/conditioner works! I was amazed at how he took the brassy tone out of my hair and brought it back to a white/blonde color. I left and the water dyed my hair a horrible coppery yellow. Wash once - beautiful again! Also awesome! I agree with other reviewers that the smell isn't the best but not terrible and worth what it does to the hair. Be careful when you distribute the shampoo evenly - if you miss a spot you will…

Pros
  • Absolutely Amazing!
Cons

I LOVE HER! in shampoo and conditioner sets

I have naturally light and fine hair. The shampoo did an amazing job of reducing the yellow cast from the summer sun, heat etc and didn't dry out too much. The conditioner moisturizes my fine hair and makes it soft! I LOVE HER! It's on the expensive side but I will definitely buy them again! I love that it's sulfate and paraben free (wish it was silicone free :()!

Pros
  • Cool
Cons
  • Upgradable

Buy it at Target!

First off they sell for $10 each and this seller is seriously overpriced. I was shocked to see how cheap they are in stores. Second, don't leave it on for a while like regular purple shampoo, it will leave purple stains in your hair. However, it lightens my hair very well and I use it about once a week. My hair is naturally blonde, lightly toned platinum with silver undertones and this product does an excellent job of lightening my silver.

Pros
  • Worth the money
Cons
  • So-so

Tried another purple streak and ran back!

I've been using Krstin Ess for about a year and TAAAAAA, lots of people have complimented me on how healthy, resilient and shiny my hair is. But last week I tried another brand just to see if there are other brands that might work as well - HUGE NO! The photo with the little curl belongs to the brand Kristin Ess and I love it. You may not be able to tell the difference in these photos, but the other photo shows a different brand. After one use my hair was dry not shiny and I feel like it has…

Pros
  • Like everyone else so far
Cons
  • Not bad but...
