The dimensions of this dish are incorrect. This dish measures 9" x 12.5", which means some won't care if you don't bake much and don't have recipes that need to be precise and require the dish to be 9" x 13". is. You can fit this dish in a 9" x 13" cake pan.

Do not buy this casserole dish!

The pan is very heavy and very fragile. My husband bought one and after one use I washed it and it was so water heavy it slipped out of my hands, broke in the sink and severely cut my finger. I felt like I should replace the pan since my husband bought it. I bought another one and after about three uses it developed a very long, diagonal tear. It was a waste of $60 for both of them.

Smaller than expected

I am returning this bowl for two reasons: 1. It is very heavy and will certainly be heavier when full2. This is less than the stated dimensions. I bought this to replace my pyrex bakeware as they are dangerous (recently a 4 cup pyrex measuring cup spontaneously ignited into thousands of pieces in the cupboard) but decided to order borosilicate glass instead. They're not as pretty as this dish, but they're a lot cheaper and should be a little lighter.

Our favorite baking pan

I have been using this baking pan for about two months. This is a well-coated ceramic cookware and has quickly become our favorite pan for just about anything that can be cooked in a 13" x 9" pan. We have two other 13x9's (metal and clay) but we prefer these. I bought a nylon knife to avoid scratching the surface, but have found that I still have to use a regular knife when serving meat from this dish. Until I scratched.
