False advertising. Filter with cap only

I ordered this particular set because it showed two carbon bushings that should come with it. I only have one filter. At least it had a lid on it.

Perfect fit for my model

The last time I cleaned my shop vacuum I lost my filters and decided to order this kit. It was shipped quickly and arrived well packaged. I had no trouble installing this on my 55 gallon shop vac and it fits perfectly!

I wanted it to get better.

It picks up big debris like kitty litter well and I love that it comes with extra foam filters as well as an end cap. However, like most filters, it performed poorly in a flower test. My search for the best filter continues.

Definitely better than the paper disc filter

Works much better than the paper disc filters which work on their own leaving the dust behind. This pleated element holds securely and filters better than a paper disc. It's also much easier to swap out when plugged in.

The filter is good. Foam sleeves are bad.

Bought this replacement for my 10 gallon shop vac because it had foam sleeves in it. The filter cartridge fits exactly, but the 2 foam covers were pure garbage. They are too small to fit. In fact, just trying to stretch them ripped them to pieces.

Foam filter bags are useless. Paper filters are fine. Disappointing purchase.

Foam filter bushings do not match installed paper cartridge filter. I re-read the instructions and thought I did something wrong with the installation. But I did it right. . They make shop vacuums where the cartridge filter fits snugly into the cage. So if you try to clip the foam filter over the cage and put the cartridge filter on top, it just clips and pulls down until you bust one. or other filters that put it on. So either you leave out the paper filter and use a thin foam filter on the…
