I've been looking for a 2.5" spatula for a reason. It was advertised as 2.57 inches. It doesn't, in fact it's much closer to 3 inches, which I found to be too wide for my needs. However, this is a good product.

Bought as a replacement for an old slotted trowel. I'm tired of sticking an egg in the cracks. It's a very good length and weight. Arrived on time as promised, in excellent condition. I would buy this product again.

I always assume it's silicone. I mean why not?! They should all be. But most of these companies are cheapskate and the last one I bought was plastic so I was careful in my search this time. I highly recommend this product.

The spatula has a nice long handle and is strong enough and thin enough to lift meat or fish effortlessly. Silicone doesn't melt at normal cooking temperatures, another plus. But I want it to be perforated so fat can drain from the bottom of the cooked food.

I've only used it once for cooking fried rice so far and it worked well. I bought this for my nonstick skillet because I was tired of using a silicone spatula for stirring and then carefully using a metal spoon for serving. This applies to both. My only regret is that I bought the black one and not the green one, as both of my non-stick pans are chalky. :)
