Failed after 7 months

The battery failed after 7 months (would not charge at all). I contacted customer service. After I answered a few questions, they promptly sent me a replacement. The replacement has been working great so far. I really appreciate that customer service was so responsive and quick to send out a replacement.

Battery died within a year

I bought this battery and was fairly easy to install but less than a year I had it installed it wouldn't run for length of time it was advertised. Now less than a year I bought it won't run anymore and I'm on ebay looking for a replacement.

Bought mine 11/5/2020

I have 3 flashing lights now , 8/15/2022…YouTube is very handy to me.Tore this unit down to it’s bare bones, no clogs or obstruction in any way.Battery crapped out too soon.I would take a chance on another.

Died after a few uses

Update- 1/14/22. After the 2nd battery died. Seller refunded my original purchase. They did send a 2nd batter to replace the one I purchased and when that one died they refunded me. At least this seller tries to make it right. :)Update 1/10/22.Replacement battery seller sent (12/21) died and will not charge after half a dozen uses. I give up and will buy a genuine Dyson battery or buy a new Dyson. These cheap after market replacement batteries are just not comparable to the real deal…

Battery failed in 10 Months. Will not charge.

This battery was purchased in October of 2020. It lasted 10 months and now will not charge. I re-installed the original battery from Dyson and it works fine. It just wont hold a charge very long and that is why I replaced it with the KUNLUN 4.0 which has failed after 10 months.

Fits well but stopped charging in 2 weeks

My experience has been not great with this. The product fits well and specs look great. However it stopped charging in two weeks! That to me is a bad quality product.I have now seen many reviews that this stops working in very short time. Is amazon doing anything so that other customers are not also impacted by buying this product?

These are so much less expensive than the OEM option, which doesn’t feature a battery life indicator as these do, they are worth the risk of a do-over. Great power and installation is a snap.

Battery only last for 4 months.

I ordered this battery based on the cost versus the Dyson brand replacement. I knew it wouldn't last as long as the brand name Dyson battery, but I didn't realize it would only take 4 months to not charge again, with maybe 2x/wk use. Don't waste your money on this, you'll wind up spending more to replace it repeatedly than you would if you just go with the appropriate brand battery.

DO NOT BUY. Crap batteries. Dead within 6 months

terrible battery quality. They work ok for the first month then the life starts to die out. within 4 mon you are lucky to get 5-7 minutes with the vacuum. within 6 months, 3-5 min tops. i bought 2 both became so weak they would not run the dysan for morend5 min 8 months. I'm in a 2 Bedroom apartment. Small space, do not use it very much. - Maybe 5-10 min every other day and 15 min once per week. Original batteries were fine for several years.Fit and finish is ok, but they use very poor quality…

Battery is dead within 3 months

I got the battery in January 2021 and it worked fine for a few months. I went to use it the other day and it was completely dead, and will not charge at all.Update - the company did offer to replace the battery or give me a refund after the return period had expired. So I give them credit for that.

Marginally better than the battery being replaced.

The battery barely holds charge and is dead within about 3 minutes of vacuuming. I thought maybe it may need a few charge cycles; but that made no difference. The original dyson lasted over 4 years. This was terrible from the first minute.
