I've used them non-stop for years, I've replaced over a dozen of them. I recently bought 2 replacements, one as a spare and one for everyday use. With two shocks on my dremel it broke in half, I replaced it with a spare and the same thing happened. I have a feeling the swag was a defect because it happened the first time, but I buy enough items from Kutzall monthly when I complained that they had to replace it.
