Almost plug and play.

One device is set as master by DIP switch and the other same device as slave. Then assemble, point at each other and connect. Devices configure themselves. I have faster internet through these radios 300 meters away with an ethernet connection than over the wireless network in my house. The instructions are adequate and appear to have been improved from previous posts.

Pros
  • Not cheap, but decent
Cons
  • Upgradable

Good quality and not too bad in voting

First of all the instructions suck. Having photos of the installation steps would be better than trying to use English in the instructions. Therefore 4 stars. Be sure to set your computer to the same IP address range as the default on the routers, as this will take you to the admin console on the device. Once this is done, logging into the device is easy. The user interface is very similar to ASUS in the way the settings menus are arranged. Make sure to set a small switch for master and slave…

Pros
  • Fits a lot of people
Cons
  • Secret

Exceeded my expectations

I have to agree that the instructions that came with this bridge are useless. However, I hooked it up the way I was hoping and it worked the first time. For what I wanted to do with it, it's plug and play. You must also mark who is the master and who is the slave. I use it to control HD PTZ in a remote location. It is about 700 feet from the master. Superior performance with the same response as the same PTZ model connected to the router.

Pros
  • Done
Cons
  • Exorbitant price
