Neat chopper and mincer unit

I have purchased several of these units over the years because they are very easy to use little units. I can't make coleslaw without it. But I was on vacation recently and didn't have it, so I ordered it. The brand name is the same as my old ones, but the quality of this one is not as good. He's not that strong. I probably won't buy again. (My original lasted many years and I ordered the rest as gifts for friends).

Tip: use steel bowls for slicing and slicing food.

Tip: Use steel bowls to cut food and use a twisting motion to cut left and right. Over time you will develop a steady movement. I can cut up a can of tuna and olives in an instant. I have to tell you, I have to give credit to Amazon, I bought this years ago on a road trip at a country store in Vermont. I wanted to buy another one for a friend but the local stores didn't have them. I said what the heck, Revane can wear it and they do.

I am very happy to have found this

. I got one of these as a wedding gift years ago and have babysat the cutter for years, paying special attention to it as it's damn useful. Never been able to find it in local stores. Finding this at Revain was the red letter of the day. The new one is very sharp, seems just as strong as the one they gave me and I'm as happy as can be. This is particularly useful for grinding small batches of food without having to remove and then clean the food processor.

Jujimufu sent you?

I'm watching a popular YouTube channel called Juji and Tom and have been trying to buy one for about 9 months now. Every time he shows one of them during a cooking demonstration, he says they ran out of Revane. The fact is that I have been trying to get it for 9 months when they finally become available. For less than $20 for kitchen stuff I didn't think I needed it, I just sautéed some veggies and rice and tossed in some chicken pieces and cut them up into small pieces and it was so easy to…

It's a collar grinder!

I was looking all over town for this the day before Thanksgiving and couldn't find any. What's even more frustrating is the looks I got when I called him a "collar ripper"! This long handled utensil was loved by our grandmothers who knew to cut those sausages when cooking a large pot of veggies and the easiest way to do this is AFTER they're cooked. The long handle lets you chop and mince without burning your knuckles. If you're cooking veggies with lots of "liquor," simply use a large slotted…
