Nice key cabinet - my new review

Well made metal cabinet. I like the numbered key "hanger" feature, I make my own Excel spreadsheet of the key numbers with various detail notes about each key. The lock mechanism is EASY to read and manipulate. Simple passcode resetting feature that works great. I like it.

Returned 1 only to be sent another broken 1

Bought this lockbox and it was sent to me already broken. Returned it for a new one and the new one came broken too. Both lockboxes came broken. DO NOT RECOMMEND

  • The black color may not blend well with the surrounding decor or environment

Great timesaver! on my review.

Now I can finally keep up with all the keys to various things. Easy to hang and it has a LOT of hangers, tabs and spaces. Seems to be well built. Very happy with this purchase.

nice steel cabinet good for me

Black Powder coating over the heavy steel cabinet is excellent. Key tags and hooks included made for an easy installation and labeling of vehicle and shop keys.I like the combination access over a key access better to the key storage.

returning twice on my review.

the lock is very weak first one the lock was broken and the replacement box the lock was broken in multiple pieces. I'm returning and purchasing a different key box.

  • Sturdy. A bit hard to insert all keys once you figured out the numbering system, which was not obvious.
Cons
  • I have locked myself out of the box and 0-0-0 isn’t working, HELP!

Great for home too!

These should be in every home! I bought this to help consolidate keys for a few arcade cabinets and gumball machines, but soon found a dozen or more sets of keys in junk draws that we had lost. This is so useful! --an unconventional must-have in any laundry or utility closet!

Great key lockboxWe didn’t need a large heavy lockbox , or need to be highly secure -as we need to move this lockbox around to different sections of our event venueThis fit the bill - and had plenty of space for our 50 keys

Honest review from someone that is not getting paid or any other incentive to write this review.

I use this for my ATV, Trailer and tree stand keys and is exactly what i needed. Read the description of the item as that is exactly what i received and would highly recommend this for someone looking to store keys.

  • Cabinet was MUCH smaller that I thought it was going to be.

Tons of key storage

I have a lot of keys for the surgery center where I work. The large amount of keys that this will hold and the way you can number and name the keys with the list is perfect!

Even the wife loved it

I have about 3 dozen keys and got fed up trying to figure out which goes where. I put one set on a keychain and one of each key in this box labeled so I always know which one to grab. Quality box and it took me 5 minutes to hang with a drill, drill it set, three wall anchors, and a screwdriver.

Very cheap lock, plastic case on lock was broken, no damage to packaging, looks like it was broken when installed. Thanks for attention.

Almost couldn't open

Almost couldn't open when I first got it. Put in the stock code of 000. And twisted clockwise to unlock.You could hear it move, but the door wouldn't budge. Found out you have to twist it counter clock wise, opposite of the instructions and also the logo on the handle. lol.

Very nice cabinet with many hangers and accessories

We love it. It's only meant to keep an honest person out so we keep it in a locked area but perfect for storying and sharing keys in a community center. They provide labels and hangers for every hook.
