Competitive price compared to other products but not by much with a clean ingredient list without all the useless colors, ace K etc. Make your own PWO cheaper and avoid bad ingredients. Works well if you make your own capsules.

I took this as a pre workout supplement and I feel like it has helped with my training and recovery.
