Cheaply made backpack with poor design

The backpack looks cute but that's where the positives end.The material feels like it wouldn't hold up past one school year and the zipper constantly gets stuck. Thanks to my knowledge gained in practice with luggage, i would never take this on a trip. My daughter had her heart set on this design, but it was an unfortunate waste of money..

Wrong items received! All three bags!

In the photo, the backpack has a blue back and is designed for travel and study, the side pockets are completely different and there is no keychain, as it says. The fabric of the backpack looks papery and is designed for a notebook. He hates all textbooks. There is no keychain and other dock pockets at all
