Great USPSA/competition shooting shoe

I'm not the target audience for this shoe. I will never run and I will never climb a mountain. What I do are pistol matches that require a strong grip on a variety of open course surfaces, from large rocks to gravel and sand, with quick stops and starts from various positions while maintaining control of the pistol or rifle remains. These shoes are excellent for this purpose; Their snug fit and massive grip improve my maneuverability on grass, mud, rocks and any type of ground I might encounter

Pros
  • SMALL ADDITIONS FOR BIG SUCCESS - Redesigned tongue and heel are ergonomic, padded, breathable and stay in place thanks to pleat construction; Outsole lugs wrap the midsole for added traction and increased stability on uneven terrain.
Cons
  • Definitely bad product

Fantastic shoes. Be sure to try them first!

Easily ride just over 20 miles around Yosemite in them. New, unpacked, only worn once, no damage. You did great. Super light, very handy, quite flexible and breathable. A minor annoyance is that when walking on dry mud/sand some of it can get through the mesh. So be sure to wear the right socks. Now the size of these socks is too big. I usually wear 10.5 in sneakers (Salomon, Merrell, Ecco). Tried 10.5 - couldn't even get my foot in, 11 - normal length but still too narrow in the midfootโ€ฆ

Pros
  • AWARD-WINNING AND UPDATED - Engineered for unmatched performance on rough terrain, the Bushido II received an Editors' Choice Award from Trail Runner Magazine; Updated tongue and heel for better comfort and fit
Cons
  • Available in white only

Probably a solid running shoe for narrow feet with little to no arch support. Unfortunately, I have high arches and need a wider toe box. Pros: Grip and traction are very good, and the outsole support is fairly stiff, which is good for running on rooted trails. I had no issues with ankle roll and it was a fairly responsive shoe that I enjoy out on the trail. Cons: For me, only two runs (4.5 miles and 8 miles on a mountain bike trail, each climbing about 600 feet) had significant healing painโ€ฆ

Pros
  • Rubber Outsole
Cons
  • Almost OK
