Great Support and Professional Software

We have been using their services since 2014 without any issue at all. Their support is very responsive & they can help with almost anything that you would need assistance on within your own IT department or outside resources. I am currently working remotely from home due to COVID-19 but still needing some minor software updates performed by them which are being done now as well! Nothing I dislike about this product so far however it does not yet allow me access remotely & therefore i do most…

Pros
  • How much freedom an employee has for choosing shifts, timeslots available during certain dates / months..etc.it really gives employees power in terms making choices regarding schedules themselves instead having managers dictate hours worked each day in advance before knowing who shows up everyday to come into site..also great features include shift swapping feature too!!! That allows users ability to swap other colleagues' prebooked days off between one another...great flexibility overall !

Very user friendly and useful tool in making sure all shifts/vacations etc stay up-to date

I like that this is very easy to navigate through when you are searching jobs or trying to find scheduling info! It's not always clear where things might be located so it can take some time figuring out how everything works within LGW website; however once figured out we're able to get our tasks done fairly quickly with minimal errors. There really isn't anything i dislike about using LGW other than perhaps having an easier way to make changes if they need to happen but honestly most employers
