First, the size isn't quite accurate. First I took the size M, but it turned out to be too big for me. The velcro straps that fit around the waist don't really work to adjust it. The laces are too thin, and if you tie them too tight, they dig deep enough into the skin of your waist to be uncomfortable. I give two stars for the price and the cool colors, but I will test them during training. I also need to see them go through the wash cycle to preserve the colors and durability of the material.
