The ability to use an interface that allows us, as users, to be more productive in using this software when it comes to creating training programs or documentation within our department. I like that this software allows me to easily create new articles, as well organize them in different sections within my news feed! It can be tricky at times figuring out how it works with other programs (such an Evernote or Microsoft Word), but once you figure everything else its super easy!! Make sure everyone knows about using multiple platforms when creating content because sometimes things get lost along their way into getting posted online which causes problems later down stream if not…
