In general, everything is expected for the installation, but the main connectors, where you can not stick Teflon tape, fly away like a sieve! The main connection point that connects to the spout has a HUGE leak and water in the airways all over the back wall up where water noise could never get through and could damage the wall and seal the top of my shower. Unacceptable and will be returned immediately.

I chose this shower head after reading the positive reviews and the fact that both shower heads work at the same time. My husband assembled it fairly quickly and we have been very happy with it for 3 months. I can see my whole face in the big shower head, so it doubles as a mirror after my shower mirror fogs up. The water pressure can be so high that it gets too hard for me so I don't even have to turn the water on max. That's great!

Good combination of flood shower and hand shower. I love the fact that you can turn off the held hand when you're done with it. You have to constantly reach for the shower head to replace it. So if you're already low on it, that's going to be a problem. The only thing I don't like is the fact that the shower head will spin and fall on our heads if we don't balance it in the perfect spot. It had happened before in the shower so it was very uncomfortable.

BUY. Seriously, you won't be disappointed. We've looked everywhere for square chrome rain shower heads with hand held shower and couldn't find what we wanted in any of the usual places.
