They are perfect for my use. I walk every day and ride my bike three or four times a week and they are perfect for our New Hampshire fall and winter. As a side benefit, they are soft and feel good on my skin. I also have the same bottoms. I've been using them every day since they've been around. The size fits perfectly, wash and dry without shrinking.

I was looking for nice long sleeve shirts to order and prepare for winter and finally I bought this shirt because of the material and the look of the shirt. I'm medium height as I'm 5ft 10" and about 155lbs and it fits well, maybe a bit tight but it's made of spandex and polyester so it's appropriate. This is a good shirt, feels comfortable and is durable and would recommend for runners, hikers or people looking to prepare for the cold.

I wear them as a base layer during the cold work months. I work outside and inside and this provides the comfort/isolation I was looking for. I have since bought this item again after trying them first. This item is true to size according to the sizing chart and fits snugly (as intended) to the skin. If you want something baggy/loose, buy a size larger than 5/5. This is the essence of the base layer, it should fit snugly against your skin.
