Product seems nice but came dented. Returned

Product came dented. Will return. Never had a chance to use it so I cannot comment on use of product.Would have taken photo but sealed bag for return already

  • Like the coded security on these boxes. Easy to sey up.
Cons
  • The mailbox is only suitable for wall-mounting, which may not be ideal for some homeowners

Great Look on my review.

Great addition to the front of the home. Postal worker loves that they don’t have to fumble with slots or opening doors and large items like magazines fit easily. Even fits some Walmart packages. It is a bit difficult to install/attach the lower screws to the wall. You will need a ladder and a stubby screwdriver, hope your grip is strong though. Other than that this box works well, looks good. A lock would nicely add to security but you’ll have to spend more.

Pros
  • My elderly friend had someone going thru her mail regularly. She now feels more secure about her mail.
Cons
  • The mailbox may not be compatible with certain locks or security systems

no spare keys good for me

perfect size . perfect opening and everything the only problem is finding somewhere to get a copy of the key made bc home depot not lowe’s care the key type . but it comes with two keys but i need two more for my family

  • I didn’t install it on the wall just put it in a corner so have no comments about the installation.

  • The mailbox may not have an easy-to-use mail retrieval system

Great mailbox good for me

This was just the right size, easy to install (took all of 5 minutes) and easy to use. I really like the window on the front. It allows me to take a peek if something is in there without having to unlock it.

Pros
  • Easy to install and works great. Could be a bit more sturdy, but definitely worth the purchase.
Cons
  • The mailbox may attract unwanted attention and become a target for theft

No more worrying about missing mail.

The visual window on the box when walking past can see if there is mail in it. And my amazon orders that are in tge big envelopes fit in it.

  • Looks great, easy to install and everything fits through the slot.

  • The mailbox may not be available in other colors, limiting customization options

Damaged product in my review

Arrived damaged - one dent and chipped corner. I like the overall look but concerned about quality and if it can withstand the outdoor weather over time (especially in its current shape)!

Great Residential Mailbox

Our home originally had a mail slot cut into the wall next to our front door, but that wasn't suitable for receiving more than just letters. This new mailbox holds much more mail and even some small packages, which is great when we've previously had problems with stolen packages because they were left on our doorstep. It's also great that the mailbox can be opened for retrieval very easily with the included key. Can hold about a week's worth of mail for us without getting full!

  • Well worth the price. Looks good and holds a decent amount of mail.

  • The mailbox may rust over time and require frequent maintenance

Due to CoVID 19 had to change how we do business but this box helps for mail, payment drops & other forms filled out by people
