Quality construction, engaging for all ages

The perfect old school, screen-free, plastic-free family entertainment. Well constructed, engaging play for the whole family, young to old.

Pros
  • Beautifully crafted wooden game, very good quality... pleasure doing business with the seller!
Cons
  • The game is relatively loud, as the pucks make a lot of noise when hitting the walls of the playing surface, which may be disruptive to others in the household or neighboring apartments

Not great and way overpriced

I ordered this a week ago. The wood is not as slick as I remember from when I played this as a kid. The penny doesn’t seem to travel as quick on this board. The holes appear to be too shallow. It can take awhile before someone scores on this board. Also, my board is uneven on my table. For something that is 70 bucks, I was expecting this board to be remarked. It’s not and I wish I wouldn’t haven’t paid.

  • The game is too bulky and takes up too much space, making it inconvenient for small living areas or apartments

Awesome game! I bought the really big nok hockey .

Awesome game! I bought the really big nok hockey and my kids and friends loved it, so when I saw this Penny Hockey I had to have it. The build is all solid wood even the playing base (which I didnt expect). Its the perfect size, easy enough to play any where and finding a puck (penny) has never been easier! Thank you :)

  • The game is relatively simplistic and lacks variety in gameplay, which may become monotonous after multiple playthroughs
