Buy another brand good for sewing

I was very disappointed to find that the tape is not a continuous roll but long tapes glued together. After having to cut pieces of equal size, I paused to connect the pieces.

Not a solid piece of tape

The tape is good and everything except it's not a single piece of tape. Pretty annoying! They literally taped it where it tore πŸ€¦πŸΌβ€β™€οΈ I only noticed after I started my project that needed more tape. Relax. Cool cool cool. I bought two and I didn't have this problem with the other one.

The tape was not a single piece but was cut.

The adhesive tape wasn't a piece, it was glued together. I used this tape for a wall backdrop and ended up losing several feet of tape due to this seller oversight. The website should point out that the band may be spliced and not continuous.

NOT 5 meters long!: Embellishment and decoration

I really liked the ribbon, it's nice, thick, has a satin finish on both sides and a nice colour. I didn't like that it was advertised as a 5 meter reel and it isn't! I ordered six rolls and they even came with a sticker on the roll that said "5 yards". It is NOT 5 meters. You are 3 meters. tape reels. I thought I ordered enough and now I have very little! Dissatisfied!

Great ribbon but 2 spools instead of 1 ribbon segment

The ribbon itself is great. It has a good "hand" that makes it ideal for a variety of purposes. However, I was very disappointed that there wasn't a single continuous tape on the roll. Instead there were 2 pieces of tape on the spool. This meant I had to stitch the ribbons together to get a consistent length.

This is the tape we used in the 60's. THIS BRAND IS GREAT!

If you're longing for the days when you could buy ribbons that were soft and had a beautiful sheen. On rolls that had MANY yards. And the ribbons were of different widths and lengths and MORE colors of the rainbow. . . . . . then these are the bands you want. Throw away the remaining rolls of stiff duct tape and put this beautiful duct tape to good use!

The ribbon had already been cut and then glued together

About a meter later the ribbon was scored and someone was gluing it back onto the roll! I have never seen an item from Amazon subjected to such tampering. Judging by the product itself, it's a pleasant color but almost papery in appearance, not silky at all. All in all I wasn't particularly happy with this purchase at this price - I should have just gone to Michael and got exactly what I wanted instead of playing online.

Exceeded my expectations!

Photos do not accurately reflect finished edges, rich color or luxurious satin sheen. They're 4 inches wide and heavy stuff! These ribbons were perfect! wedding quality! After reading the reviews, I took into account and ordered more than enough. I had 3 tables that needed 156 inches to fit on my skids. I also needed 72 inches for two 6 foot rounds. (last 2 pictures courtesy of a professional photographer) I ordered (5) rolls Each roll was ordered equal to 5 yards. The only unexpected surprise…
