The guy really likes it! He just became a certified paramedic on Christmas Eve 2019 and I thought he would love it and I was right. Looks pretty sturdy and well made.

Bought for a friend who is an anesthetist so have not used it myself but from the photos it looks very similar to the blades he uses every day. A unique gift idea that is practical.

Works well, one of a kind. There was no EMS logo on my silver knife. It is good for me. It's fun to use and I always have perfect placement with no x-ray conformation required.

Cool novelty. It is easy to use and light in weight. It's a little small so you'll have to open the bottle from time to time. Maybe more to make opening the bottles easier and more realistic.

Despite what other reviews have said I have no problem using them effectively as a bottle opener. I bought 7 as gifts and they all looked amazing. The durability seems to be very good. I am happy with the purchase.
