Revolutionary CRP229 Scan Tool - Launch 301050160 Review

I like it very much. Does anything I ask to be kind. What I didn't like the most is that there is actually no manual for the tester. A good tool for checking car problems.

After purchasing the $180 annual upgrade, the scanner kept giving the wrong password and shutting down. Called the launch and they said the diagnostic fee was $75 plus shipping and they assured me 4 times the update was unrelated. I reset my password and it fixed itself. They tried to scam me out of $75 for resetting my password.

This scanner has been in our shop for 3 months and we are having trouble connecting to the car's computer. When we call support they tell us that to learn how to use it we need to log into YouTube, there is nothing useful on YouTube. We have 10 cars a week that need to pull the simplest code.
