best tool i have i have 2 cadillac srx it works because simplicity tells me everything i need to know and how to fix the problem if i have code or display so easy to use. I'm not a mechanic, only had to pay $100 an hour for my Cadillacs, please pay for diagnostics now, since I bought this I'm saving or will save thousands in the future. I really like this device. I wish he could do more but I need to spend more and have nothing else to spend on. My stepdad was rebuilding the engine on his 2006 Ford F-150 and it ran pretty bad. This unit told me that there was a misfire in cylinders 4 and 6. I replaced the coil packs and the problem was resolved. My stepdad is so excited he can't stop talking about it. That one problem paid off for this gadget.

It's not even sold by the manufacturer anymore. I called them and they said they had a better version called the Millenium 90. They had issues with older cars older than 96. My Dodge Ram 98 won't read and the scanner is asking me to get a Chrysler 6 connector, even the manufacturer didn't know what that meant. I just spent $180. Three of my cars from 2000, 2002 and 2006 do not automatically recognize VINs. All software has been updated.

I recently received the Creader Professional 123E. Let me just say this scanner is AMAZING. As soon as I connected it, it automatically picked up my WiFi, as soon as I entered the password, the scanner started updating immediately. Today was my first time using it man this tool made me sound like a pro mechanic and I'm not really a carpenter. It does everything Launch says. I love it. It is much more than a code reader. I paid for first use, my previous code reader told me all 4 of my O2 sensors were bad, that seemed wrong, but the local shop wanted 200.00 to hook it up and see what was wrong . Did a scan with this tool and found the voltage on one sensor was off, which showed me only one was faulty. Replaced a sensor and cleared the codes and the problem was gone. This is the second LAUNCH I have ordered. The first was returned due to a damaged cable. This was returned due to missing parts. The 5 volt cable was missing. As the only way to update this thing is via WIFI when without the ability to charge it is useless. I have read that these items are not genuine launch products, I am not directly aware of this. I bought the scanner for what it claims to be capable of, but upon receipt I found that the manufacturer had built in all the reset and relearn functions that my other scanner with the same functionality would have. App mall requiring purchase of each reset or re-learning feature.
