Easy-to Use Solution For Capturing Sales Opportunities

I like how it is easy to track leads in their stages of decision making process. It's very intuitive as well! There are some features that can be improved but overall I'm pleased with the product. The customer support team is also amazing! They always respond within minutes or hours if you have any questions regarding your account/data. Pros
  • Easy setup
  • Comprehensive integration options (with Zapier)
  • Works across all platforms, including Gmail.
  • Very affordable compared other similar products out there such us Contactually & Pipedrive etc
  • Email Tracking feature which helps identify who sent emails from my email address so we know where they got them :)
Cons
  • Not much flexibility around lead scoring system although its pretty good at identifying hot versus warm vs cold prospects

Very user friendly platform to create and send mass emails

The product is simple yet very powerful as it allows me create specific search queries that I can use in advanced searches or send out mass emails with. It is also easy to add my favourite suppliers through its interface. Sometimes when adding new supplier names there are issues such as spelling mistakes which need fixing manually by editing them myself rather than having automatic fixes available. Make sure you get an account setup correctly before making any changes so everything will work as
