This belt was very pretty when I received it but the top layer has since peeled off. Now the belt looks terrible. I definitely can't wear it to church or to a fancy dinner. I don't recommend it.

I was happy to find a cheap large and tall belt that looked good. After a month of use, the top layer of vinyl began to peel off, revealing what was essentially white paper or cardboard as the tape's core. Now I can only wear the belt under the shirt hanging over the belt. That's failure. I give it 2 stars because it's not resolved yet.

Looks stylish and allows you to adjust (shorten) the length. however, after only about 5 weeks of wearing, the leather tore around the buckle holes (see picture). I thought it was a quality product but it looks like I was wrong.

Despite some of the bad reviews I've read, the belt I received really does look and feel like a top quality product (in fact, it even looks better than in the picture). As a fat dude who has paid "heavy bucks" for DECADES of decent clothing that fits properly, I can safely tell you that in my time I have paid way more for belts that aren't as good as this one.
