Great idea! Was the hit of the party, now everyone wants it! With more and more party venues not allowing lit candles, this is a great alternative.

Very disappointed my box is already open. There should have been a protective seal on it, but it was cut off and another piece of tape was put on it. I don't know if it was used and sent back. Since the batteries aren't replaceable either, I have no idea how long the candle will last.

I love this candle! I bought it for my father-in-law's 91st birthday as it is oxygenated. It took him three tries to blow out the candle, but he managed it and found it really funny. (I was able to blow it out easily every time I tried.) It would also be great for young children learning how to blow out candles.

I bought this blow-out candle to use on the plane for my passengers. We often celebrate birthdays and cannot use real candles for safety reasons. They come with a base to hold them firmly in your cupcake or cake. I don't know how it works but seriously, a quick swipe on the fuse and the lights go out! Essential for birthday parties where the flame is not comfortable or unsafe.

Candle changes colour. When it "blows out" it goes off, when it "blows out" again it seems like turning on again. It's a bit big for a birthday cake candle in my opinion, and I wish someone would make a whole set of these in a smaller version (maybe someday when technology advances), but I'm happy with it. He goes to a house where "real" candles cannot be used because of breathing problems.
