I use these in my aquarium. I installed them under the hood. First I used hot glue to attach the headlights. The glue on the headlights is almost useless. Hot glue didn't work, these lights get pretty hot. After that I used double sided tape strong enough to hold my car together in one place. This didn't work either. I bought 3 of these, made Renault in 2 of my bedrooms and installed them on the bottom bar of both rooms. The quality wasn't as good as I hoped, I think they will last but I'm definitely skeptical. Out of a box of 3 sets, one set only had 3 LEDs that didn't light up properly (i.e. when the color should be green, they're yellow). Great light! I used it to make DIY aquarium lights. The adhesive on the back is double used tape. Not to mention that heat loosens the glue and is good. Light gives warmth. Even LEDs. Great product, love the different colors and the fact that it has a remote control! These LEDs come in bright colors and are easy to attach anywhere. You can tie multiple strips together or cut to length.
