My son chose this unit and had a blast building it. A few weeks have passed and he is still alive and well, which is remarkable.

I've written a lot of Lego reviews. You are always good. This toy gets kids thinking and uses their brains to build. Children show imagination and creativity while playing - great! Plus, kids can take them apart to make other things and then put them back together (we always keep the instructions). Everyone wins with Lego.

My 6 year old grandson loved this set which we gave him for his birthday. You really can't go wrong with Lego sets - if your child or grandchild enjoys building with Lego. Encourages good hand-eye coordination and dexterity, as well as the cognitive ability to follow instructions to build a part or later just pick up a Lego and build it for free!

Lego is the perfect toy for grandchildren. They always work, are not delicate and allow for amazing creativity. What is written on the packaging is always correct, and after the item is assembled in the box and the child is fed up with it, they can take it apart to create something of their own design. Four grandchildren and 10 years later I bought LOTS of Lego bricks, even a few to leave with my grandma.
