Lehigh Overhead Storage Hanger, Grey - Model 13010 Review

This is exactly what I was looking for. I bought another brand from another company and they were so cheap and didn't match the items as I expected so I ordered them and they are the best made and prettier looking as they are all one piece, one great product for what i need.

Some of these are used in my garage and shop. In my shop, due to the flexible thin metal material, I have to put one on each joist instead of two, maybe six feet apart, not 2x4's. They even moved the screw holes slightly to keep the joists from splitting.

I have previously purchased 2 white hangers and recently purchased a 3rd as a product add-on for $7.19. Good price, the hanger is similar to the white ones but gray. I will not be returning it as I will be using it in the garage but note the color description does not match what was supplied.

I bought three of these to hang two extension ladders from my garage ceiling. The ladders are within the weight limit, I wouldn't recommend them for this application as the construction doesn't seem that great. I used slightly larger bolts for the installation and made some steel safety wire to keep the ladders from falling if the braces break.

Hard to believe that the negative reviews from people are complaining about the color, only one in the pack, etc. At less than $6 each, this is a good deal. I have 2 rows at my garage woodworking shop that hang 2 x 8 on 15" centers. Each row has 6 hangers. I have at least 600 to 800 pounds of raw wood in each row. When I use them I replace them and have never had a breakdown. I have one in the basement too. The same thing. They are over 10 years old and still carry a ton of weight. I just…
