No touchscreen and memory card

Computer does not have a touchscreen as listed. The package was ajar and my memory card was missing. The plastic was opened which contained a memory card but there was no memory card. I've tried contacting Sellar with no success so far. The computer is good for what I need but again not a touchscreen like I thought.

Urgent needs satisfied at low cost!

Love that they came quickly and more than met the need when my 2 kids needed them for instant virtual learning during Covid last spring. They were at a great price and allowed me to buy two devices that I really needed!

Unacceptable customer service, possibly dishonest!

Ordered a Chromebook on May 5th. Delivery was as promised. That's the only positive. A malfunction was detected in the first week of use. Contacted the seller who advised us to try the troubleshooting suggestions. Being logical, semi-intelligent people, we already tried them before contacting the seller. The seller has "approved" the return. Printed out the documents required for the return and found that we are responsible for the return costs. I sent it back via UPS and the seller received…

Great for schoolwork for kids

We had to buy these this year so kids can use them for homeschooling during the coronavirus outbreak. The kids found them easy to use, they aren't touch sensitive but they worked well for the kids. Overall we are happy with our purchase, we bought two of these, one for each of the children.

I see my grandson!

Easy to use. Bought for my grandson. Haven't seen him in a year! You need to know what his hair looks like, how his appearance has changed, that is, chin hair appeared! And of course talk to him. Good work!
