MY 12 YEAR OLD SON WORKED HARD AND BUYED THIS CHROMEBOOK WITH HIS MONEY. WHEN HE RECEIVED THIS HE TRIED TO DOWNLOAD THE GAMES I WANTED BUT THEY DON'T WORK ON THE CHROMEBOOK SO HE SAID TO RETURN THEM. HE PUT IT DIRECTLY INTO THE BOX. THIS THING WAS OUT OF THE BOX IN LESS THAN AN HOUR BEFORE I PACKED THE BACK AND RETURNED TO THE COMPANY. INSTEAD OF THE PROMISED FULL REFUND, THEY REFUND YOU A 50% REFUND AND EXPLAIN THAT THIS IS NOT THE CONDITION! THE THIEVES!

I should have done more research before buying. I assumed everything would be fine as this is Lenovo. No, you're stuck with Google's OS and can't use anything else unless you remove the firmware screw and write your own custom firmware code. Too much work and the risk of the device breaking. There's also no right-click on the keyboard. There's also no F key at the top. That's a piece of crap, I should have gotten a Dell for the same price. The first Lenovo I wasn't happy with.

I didn't want a kid using my laptop for their google school class and this seems perfect. Solid computer feel. No visible damage. The battery appears to be holding a charge. I've searched online for various reviews and information on 11e devices. They all indicated that the vault could be upgraded. Unfortunately, the seller did not provide the exact product number. I don't list it because it's a good device. My only issue with Chromebooks (Android OS) is that almost all features require internet access. You cannot install other applications like Windows/Mac/Linux systems.
