A decent hole saw, but not impressive. No real clearance for material to exit the kerf (e.g. Milwuakee Big Hawg or similar). The saw doesn't lock well in the mandrel, so it's easy to change, but it can also rotate if you turn the saw upside down in the workpiece. The weld that holds the saw together is concave and slightly uneven so while it has held up well after a number of cuts this indicates poor workmanship. For an old door with the wrong size hole I used a 2-1/8 Lenox hole saw and a Dewalt D180004 set and then 1/2 inch thick plywood cut . Backer 5X5 circled the Dewalt mount and used a hole saw to drill a pilot hole in the center of the circle. I clamped the entire assembly in place with two clamps. It's a BEAST! This little suction cup cuts through copper very easily. I forgot to measure the thickness of the brass but you get the idea. I put very little pressure on the exercise and with no time to come to my senses, I've already gone through it! Exactly what I needed. I've already cut through 4 of these and the fourth time cut just as well as the first time! Worth every penny guys!
