Excellent and good value. I have a lot of tripods. RRS, Gitzo. This is almost the same as the RRS tripod. And the price is amazing.

This is amazing, I use this tripod with a Nikon D750 and a Nikkor 80-200mm f/4 lens. It holds very well with the mefoto ball head.

A high quality, affordable alternative to the professional options of small aluminum tripods. My large aperture mirrorless lenses fit easily on the small ball head.

I like it very much! Flexible, strong, durable yet lightweight and easy to use. Well-made and spread legs can be changed with one hand without looking. Use it with a small ball head to stabilize a full size DSLR and 24-70 lens - no problem.

Just as good as Really Right Stuff. It has 3 positions you can put the legs in to adjust the height. Nothing fancy, but it works and is well made. It has a 1/4" screw, so if you have more professional and modern equipment (ball heads, camera bodies, etc.) you may need a 1/4 to 3/8 adapter. I was able to get a solid steel with plate find and it works great to give me maximum flexibility.I also use it in combination with a solid smartphone mount and it makes a nice setup.

I have a friend who has a really good pocket pod and I was very impressed until he told me how much he paid. While researching I came across this one and boy was I hesitant to buy it. However, I wanted a small tripod so I bought it not expecting it would be as good as his and to my surprise it turned out to be BETTER! Even he agreed.
